Letter Presented to UN Delegates

Letter I presented to several delegations at the conference in opposition to the current direction being taken with the Outer Space treaty system, speaking out against the moon treaty and pointing out the flaws in supranational governance under the law of the sea   The Moon Treaty, which was resurrected at this conference, would forever forbid private property rights within the Solar System outside of Earth.  This is a direct violation of Article 17 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  This letter formally critiques the future of United Nations Governance beyond national borders.
